How to fuel a half marathon
For advice on how best to fuel for a half marathon check out HIGH5’s Nutrition Guide, including carb loading, good race day breakfasts and fuelling during the race.
Nutrition in the race
At the Grand Brighton Half Marathon 2020 you’ll find drinks stations located in miles 3, 6, 8, 11 and the finish line. As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint, cups will be compostable paper cups. We also encourage you to bring a refillable bottle, which you’ll be able to top up from bowsers of water located in race village and on course.
Here is a range of HIGH5 products. HIGH5 recommend incorporating these products into your training so you won’t be trying something new at the event, and you can focus on giving the race your all.
