The Brighton Half Marathon 2021 training plan is now available to download here.
The training plan is a 16-week schedule. You can of course start it later, but for beginners and those looking to start training early, 16 weeks is healthy amount of time to train for the half marathon distance so you build the mileage slowly and help to avoid injury. The plan is suitable for all levels.
