The Brighton Half Marathon 2021 training plan is now available to download here. Please note this was to train for the June event, but the event has been rescheduled due to a delay to the lockdown roadmap.
The training plan is a 16-week schedule. You can of course start it later, but for beginners and those looking to start training early, 16 weeks is healthy amount of time to train for the half marathon distance so you build the mileage slowly and help to avoid injury. The plan is suitable for all levels.

If you live and train locally, RunBrighton is a local running group where you’ll be able to enjoy the company of well over 100 runners every week on their long training runs. These go through to the Brighton Half Marathon and beyond to the Marathon season.
